Cancellations

Must be done within 24 hours for weekend sessions, or you forfeit future weekend sessions, and a minimum of 2 hours during the week or you will forfeit any pre paid sessions

Improper Cancellations

After your second improper cancellation, you will be charged 1/2 of that cancelled session fee at the time of your next appointment.

Membership Details
*Memberships are to be paid in full, and are not automatically renewed.
*You may use 1 pre-paid session a month, and you have 12 months to use your pre-paids.
*Unused pre-paids are not refunded
*You may not share/transfer your pre-paids.
*You may extend your pre-paid minutes to 90 or 120 minutes, you will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 or $25.00 for the add on of time.
*Discounts on additional sessions/gift certificates are available for the 3/6 month term of membership from date of purchase.
*Your complementary birthday session can only be used once in the month of your birthday. If you cancel your membership after the use of your birthday session, you will be charged for that session under your additional session rate.
*You may cancel your membership at anytime, for any reason. You will be mailed a check of your unused sessions within 30 days of your request to cancel, minus any used or forfeit sessions, such as improper cancellations, or used birthday session.
